By accessing our app, Arc, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an Arc account or use Arc. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Arc only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms. We will delete accounts we learn belong to children under 13.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Arc app (Settings → Delete account) or the website (your profile → Account settings). Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how deletion works.
Arc is intended for student planning, organization, accountability, and progress tracking. You may use it for appropriate educational, creative, project-based, college, networking, and personal growth goals.
You agree not to use Arc for any of the following:
Arc is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, or legal advice, and it should not be used to make decisions that require a licensed professional.
Arc uses AI to suggest goal details, plans, tasks, and chat replies. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Review it before relying on it, and don't treat it as professional advice. If you see a response that is harmful, offensive, or wrong, use "Report a response" in the app or email hello@arcgoalgetter.com. We review reports and use them to improve Arc's safeguards.
You can stop using Arc and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put other students at risk.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Arc's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
The materials on Arc's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Arc makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
